Day 89 of my 365 Photo Challenge.

For this day, I decided to take another motif from the field of nature before I turned back to architecture photography.

Today’s plant is a dumbbell hedge bindweed.

The hedge bindweed grows as a climbing, deciduous, persistent herbaceous plant.

It caught my eye right away because it was the only white plant on the whole field.

It was not easy to find the right angle for the shot, as it was very closely surrounded by other plants.

In the end, I found a specimen that stretched the flower in the right direction and left a reasonably clear view of the entire flower.

For this picture, I used my Nikkor 70-200mm f2.8 VR II lens again. The image was taken with the camera and the lens without a tripod.

I hope you like the picture!
