Luckily, I have two Maine Coons at home, who sometimes are willing to pose for me. On that day, I caught my Tomcat Charlie in the perfect position. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The backlight from the window provided a marvellous rim light separating him from the dark background. The only thing I had to do was to expose for the shadow, ensuring no overblow in the highlights. And ready was the perfect portrait of him!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just for your info, I used my D850 and again my Nikkor 50mm F1.4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Enjoy!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Day 23 of my 365 Photo Challenge.
