The Swan Maiden is part of a pair of swans that currently nest at Lake Garching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the female protected the nest, the male found the time for the intensive care of the plumage. He was so engrossed that I was able to photograph him undisturbed from a relatively close distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am really looking forward to following the couple and their offspring with my camera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I wish you a lot of fun looking at the picture!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Day 36 of my 365 Photo Challenge.
