{"id":298,"date":"2020-05-12T19:35:26","date_gmt":"2020-05-12T17:35:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.chrisrenk.com\/crp\/?p=298"},"modified":"2020-05-12T19:52:40","modified_gmt":"2020-05-12T17:52:40","slug":"a-glimpse-of-a-taste","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.chrisrenk.com\/crp\/365-challenge\/a-glimpse-of-a-taste\/","title":{"rendered":"A glimpse of a Taste"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Day 37 of my 365 Photo Challenge.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today I took the time to continue taking pictures for our future exhibition of the German Chapter, Royal Photographic Society with the topic &#8222;Proportions&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not an easy topic, because it is very complex and leaves a lot of room for interpretation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After I stumbled over these spoons by chance in the kitchen drawer, I thought they would be very suitable for this theme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I used a slate plate as a background, which was placed close to the balcony door to illuminate the scene with the soft ambient light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also use spices to add colour to the composition. To find the ideal viewing angle, I refrained from using a tripod, which would probably have restricted me too much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The only problem was to find the right photo aperture for adequate depth of field. But after about 30 attempts I finally managed to solve that too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hope you don&#8217;t get too much appetite for a hot meal!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Day 37 of my 365 Photo Challenge.
