Dinner in the Jungle

Vineyard snail in search of food. I discovered the snail on the balcony of our holiday flat in La Rochelle, France. As the floor was covered with artificial grass, I put a lettuce leaf on the lawn for the snail. It accepted it with thanks.

To be able to take a picture of the snail, I lay flat on the ground and waited for the right moment.
