Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe
Day 95 of my 365 Photo Challenge.
Day three of my photo trip to Berlin.
Today I visited the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe.
After the news about increased crimes in connection with anti-Semitism in Germany is growing, it was a particular concern of mine to present this Memorial in a unique photo to draw attention to the terrible events in Germany’s past.
Although most protagonists from that time have already died, the past teaches us that History repeats itself, again and again.
That is why it is essential to remember them and to take countermeasures early on.
Because one thing is unforgivable: Making the same mistakes twice!
