Pähler Waterfall
Day 73 of my 365 Photo Challenge.
After the weather improved incredibly today, I use the opportunity for a trip to the foothills of the Alps to take pictures of one or the other waterfall.
I visited today’s waterfall near Pähl already 4 weeks ago, but due to the dryness and low water level of the river, it was hardly visible. All the wilder and more furious, he presented himself to me today.
Besides, I was fortunate once again. For there was no other person in the ravine but me. So I had a lot of time to find the right angle and take long time exposures.
I arrived relatively early at the waterfall, around 06:00, this saved me the use of a neutral density grey filter. I also omitted the use of a polarization filter to better represent the flow velocity of the mountain stream.
For my part, I think that I did a pretty good job with the shot, and I was able to add another magnificent waterfall to my portfolio.
Have fun looking at the photo.
