Day 137 of my 365 Photo Challenge.
This time, another Sea view of the Isle of Fehmarn.
For this image, I visited the northern coast of Fehmarn. Long and empty beaches were inviting for endless walks.
There, you can feel the flair of the Baltic coastal landscapes, particularly intensively.
I especially liked the in the wind moving grass of the beach, which contributed to the idyllic atmosphere.
Day 131 of my 365 Photo Challenge.
I am still staying on the island of Fehmarn. The weather is fantastic and invites you to do nature photography. I visited again the nature reserve “Wallgau” in the west of the island.
This time I concentrated on insects, where I caught this splendid specimen of an Admiral butterfly, which was busy grazing the autumn plants and flowers.
Fortunately for me, he always took long breaks on the flowers. So I had the time to choose an optimal angle for the shot.
I think I really succeeded with this shot!
Day 130 of my 365 Photo Challenge.
The motive of this picture is the snipe, which I photographed in the nature reserve “Wallgau” on the island of Fehmarn.
The nature reserve offers ideal conditions for wildlife photographers with its professionally designed hiding places.
From relatively close surroundings, you can observe and photograph the rich birdlife for hours.
Here the link to the website of the waterbird nature reserve “Wallgau”.
I wish you much fun with a future visit!
Day 129 of my 365 Photo Challenge
Another excursion to the local nature reserves on the island of Fehmarn
Today I discovered a pond full of frogs, which use the excellent weather conditions for extensive sunbathing.
In the beginning, it was not so easy to spot the little comrades on the water surface between all the plants. After I spotted the first one, it was a piece of cake!
It’s great to see how animals fit perfectly into their environment!
Day 127 of my 365 Photo Challenge. After almost 3 weeks without internet access, I can now continue publishing my photos for my 365 Photo Challenge. Today’s picture shows a kingfisher, which I was able to photograph in the nature reserve “Wallnau” on the island of Fehmarn. The little comrade used one of the water level poles for an extended rest. Obviously one of his daily routine on his forays through his territory. Hope you like the little one!
